- Cut-Off for Same-Day Handling: Place your order by 2:00 PM (local time) for same-day processing. Orders received after this cut-off will be handled the following business day.
Delivery Options and Fees
- Standard Delivery: We provide complimentary shipping on all our items, with expected delivery times between 2-5 business days.
Domestic Shipping Only
- Currently, we ship exclusively within the Nigeria. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, but for now, international delivery is not available.
Potential Delivery Delays
- We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. If such issues occur, we’ll communicate updates promptly.
Address Accuracy
- Double-check your shipping address for accuracy. Exquisite Feets N Wears cannot be held liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Should an order be returned to us for this reason, any additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
