Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Unused Items Only: We accept returns or exchanges only for items that have not been used and are still in their original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange to be eligible.
  • Conditions for Return/Exchange: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item was sent to you, or if the item was damaged upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Visual Confirmation: We will ask you to provide visual confirmation (photos or videos) of the item, including any damages or discrepancies, before processing your return or exchange request.
  • Condition of the Item: Upon reviewing the visual confirmation, if we determine the item was used or damaged beyond reasonable wear, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange.

Handling Errors

  • Incorrect Orders: If we mistakenly ship the wrong item, we take full responsibility for rectifying the issue and will cover the cost of returning and reshipping the correct product to you..

Pay-on-Delivery Transactions

  • For Pay-on-Delivery orders, please note that we work with external logistics partners, and payments typically take up to two weeks to be processed. As a result, we cannot proceed with returns or exchanges until we’ve received payment from our logistics partners.
